Canada Lily: There may be one to many (up to 22) yellow-orange, nodding flowers on these native ,perennial lilies. Lilium, a true lily genus, has two types of flowers: bell—like and cup—like. The native Canada and Wood Lily (Lilium philadelphicum) both have spotted, cup-like flowers. Wood Lily differs from our more common Canada Lily by having deeper orange flowers which do not nod and are found in dry, open woods.
